I teach graduate and undergraduate courses in Integrated Marketing Communications, Advertising and Mass Communications to students in the full and part-time programs at the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communications (CARIMAC) as a member of the adjunct/part-time staff. Many of my students have since moved on to successful careers in Marketing.

I was recruited as Second-in-Command of the Force's Public Affairs department to help develop, grow and lead the Force’s communications team. In less than a year, I gained rapid promotion due to my strong performance and results, and was appointed Head of Department to build, establish and lead the Force's strategic communications vision and restructure.

Based on my reputation for producing excellent communications practitioners at Northern Caribbean University, I was recruited to teach courses in Marketing, Advertising and Corporate Communications to over 100 students annually in the undergraduate degree program at UTECH's School of Business Administration.

I was courted by the University's Communication Studies Department to return to Jamaica and teach Advertising, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Public Speaking and Communications Research to over 100 students in the BA in Mass Communications program. Today, my former students are household names and influential journalists, reporters and media.

I was hired by the University to help position the School of Business, Public Administration and Information Sciences as the business school of choice in the New York Tri-State area. I overhauled numerous aspects of the Business School’s marketing and communications plan and improved the visibility and value proposition of its Graduate programs.

I supervised various local and international client accounts as part of advertising agency client management team. I wrote advertising copy and produced content for numerous radio, television and outdoor advertising campaigns for local and international clients such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Mitsubishi Motors, Goodyear, Xerox and National Commercial Bank.

I was hired immediately out of University to write copy and produce advertising content for various local and international clients as part of advertising agency creative team. I was soon promoted to supervisory management team as Advertising Account Executive, where I delivered superb results for clients such as Carib Cement, Sprint Telecommunications and.
