Currently serving as a Product Manager for Google's core Physical Security systems( Identity, Credentials and Access Management for campuses and data centers). Prior to that, I worked on multiple product launches for Google's unique employee experience ( Performance Management, Manager Experience, Payroll). I have extensive experience in creating and leading alignment with cross-org stakeholders and senior executives on product strategy; leading customer discovery and crafting creative, but viable solutions along with my User Experience(UX) and Engineering peers. I have spearheaded numerous large-scale product development initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams spread across different geographical locations.I've had the privilege of working and thriving in small sized organizations (30-35 employees) as well as large scaled ones (more than 150K employees).
