Beginning from scratch, Prothesis was built to become a highly respected Retail and Management Consulting Practice, focusing on Reinventing Organizations, developing networks, and maintaining & expanding franchising Networks. Parallel to that, Prothesis also became the highest rated Executive Education organization in South East Europe.Basil Tsaras was leading the successful discovery, advancement and realization of new commercial opportunities for Prothesis. The role focused on new market segments and regional expansion of existing segments. Also drove Prothesis to develop and implement retail management plans for individual clients within the FMCG and professional service industries that were established within North America and Europe. He facilitated professional internal teams of retail managers and franchisees who were allocated by each individual client company. Prothesis undertook significant projects in business process re-engineering and performance improvements.
