Pampers Mobile Clinic: Led the biggest initiative on the brand reaching 0.8 million mothers in 40 cities of Pakistan. Also led PR amplification plan for the program on TV. Helped the Nigeria team reapply the program at local level.Hospital Education Program: Led a critical category conversion program reaching mothers with babies at neo-natal stage educating new mothers about diapers (Pampers) conducted in 550 maternity hospitals reaching 300,000 mothers nationwide. Pampers Expert Center: (i). Helpline- developing a CRM system (ii). Advertorials development and exploitation (iii). TV Factoids- creative execution (iv). SMS campaign- Initiated P&G’s first sms marketing campaign (v). Doctor’s Claim. (vi). CCA Collaboration
