The knowledge base is mainly related to setting up and implementing a TP policy and TP control framework to increase productivity by providing prompt solution to business for avoidance of High Tax Incidence.

• Timely & correct filing of all tax returns / statements as required under local laws & regulations.• Preparation & reconciliation of the financial data with tax records before executing any payment & submission of any information to the Tax authorities.• Preparation of current tax provisions and deferred tax calculations on forecast and actual results of the company and preparing of annual direct tax return of the company.• Handling the tax audits/enquiries and preparation of replies for all tax queries/show cause/notices in respect of income tax, sales tax and federal excise duty.• Leading the tax consultants for settlement all pending tax litigations and presentation in-person before appellate authority and courts during tax assessments proceeding.• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all disclosures in the financial statements and prepare the subsidiary tax records for tax provisions, tax payments, tax refunds and contingencies.
