Leading the facilities management & maintenance operation for Shell Pakistan throughout its network of over 116 retail outlets, encompassing a scope exceeding $1.5 million annually.Responsibilities include:1. Management and Excellence in Overall Operations of Shell Retail Facilities.3. Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.4. Ensure the maintenance, auditing scopes, projects, and safe operation of fueling systems.5. Overseeing vendor management, which involves developing both new and existing vendors, as well as providing training to vendors on Shell GIDS and Engineering Design Standards.6. Establish vendor relationships and supervise invoicing protocols. Evaluate and authorize Purchase-Orders for procuring parts, services, and labor required for projects.7. Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the team. Develop work schedules, delegate tasks, and facilitate cross-training among staff members. Establish and monitor deadlines for both staff and departmental objectives. Provide mentorship and coaching as required.8. Overseeing the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring timely training when necessary, and verifying the qualifications of suppliers.9. Conduct facility inspections and audits to ensure facilities meet organizational compliance standards and government regulations. 10. Recommend and execute operational enhancements, repairs, and upgrade initiatives.11. Achieving operational excellence in fueling systems, customer facilities, electrical and mechanical systems, as well as branding elements, with a primary emphasis on overall operational safety.

-Ensure enhanced uptime for production machinery and equipment, ensure optimal availability of utility systems, and maintain buildings and facilities in good condition.-Create and oversee thorough preventive maintenance strategies for all manufacturing facilities and equipment within the company, ensuring adherence through the SAP PM Module.-Coordinate and oversee the OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Monitor expenditures closely and devise both long-term and short-term cost containment strategies to enhance efficiency and decrease expenses.-Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to arrange maintenance-related services and procure spare parts.- Lead implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.-Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) such as maintenance cost per unit, utilities cost per unit, mean time to repair (MTTR), mean time between failures (MTBF), line stoppages, resource utilization, and spare parts management.-Ensure safety through implementation of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), permit-to-work protocols, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.-Establish a culture that encourages the reporting of accidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.-Execute environmentally sustainable practices and initiatives aimed at reducing the facility's carbon footprint.

-Planning and Implementing Preventive Maintenance Plans for Plant Machinery mainly HVAC systems,Industrial Chillers, Cryogenic Equipment, Injection Molding Machines, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers,and other plant machinery.-Ensure smooth supply of critical utilities like compressed air, nitrogen, electricity, cooling water and Drinking water at plant.-Coordinate and lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions to facilitate continuous improvement and development opportunities. -Design & evaluate technical options & projects to reduce maintenance, utilities & energy cost in plant to achieve business objectives
