My name is Basit Ali, and I am currently working as a Site Inspector (Civil) at BAK Consulting Engineers in Peshawar, KPK, Pakistan. I have been working with the company since August 2021 and have gained extensive experience in dam site inspections and lab testing in the field. My primary responsibilities include ensuring the QA & QC of reinforced concrete, bar bending schedule, and construction drawings etcBefore joining BAK Consulting Engineers, I worked as a Site Engineer Civil at Tribal Global Construction (TGC) in Peshawar from September 2020 to July 2021. During my tenure, I checked the site material and labor on the site, BBS, and ensured the work was done according to the drawing and specification. My skills in concrete, reinforcement, construction safety, and construction drawings were utilized in this role.In June 2019, I worked part-time as a Site Engineer at PNS & LDA Chashma, where I checked the residential buildings under construction by the organization and pointed out any false points in the building. This part-time job allowed me to gain experience in inspection, Bar Bending Schedule, Building Construction, AutoCAD, and Civil Engineering.From May 2019 to June 2019, I worked as an Internship Trainee at WAPDA GBHP-Project Attock, where I gained knowledge of the inspection of complex channels, the components of a hydro power house, teamwork, and civil engineering.Before joining WAPDA, I worked as a Sub Supervisor Civil at SYSS in Peshawar from January 2016 to November 2016. In this role, I was responsible for ordering and looking after labor work and giving them new tasks on a daily basis. My skills in building materials, construction site management, construction safety, construction drawings, and quality.I completed my Bachelor's in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, in 2020. During my degree program, I gained knowledge in various fields of civil engineering, including structural analysis, design, and construction management. Throughout my professional career, I have gained experience in various areas of civil engineering, including quality control, quality assurance, reinforced concrete, bar bending schedule, construction drawings, concrete testing, ETABS, AutoCAD, construction safety, building materials, and project estimation, among others. I have also gained experience in inspection, channel drawing, hydro power house drawings, and construction. My skills in teamwork, drafting standards, and project estimation have also been utilized throughout my professional career.
