Pursuit of new clients, arranging meetings and convincing them for Mitsubishi Electric VRF.Generating business for DX & VRF systems through Consultants / Contractors / Retail Sales.Regularly meeting and following up with the potential customers.Participation in various air-conditioning tenders for VRF and unitary products.Design, selection, and costing via Mitsubishi’s Design Tool software.Maintain and develop technical knowledge of all HVAC (chiller, airside and DX) systems, product ranges and designs.Ensuring that the quotations and submittals are in line with project requirements and dynamics.Reviewing HVAC submittal and technical documents for consultant / client approval by optimizing selection and compliance.Frequently visiting installation sites for the inspection of piping, wiring & equipment installation to ensure that the subcontractors’ work is in conformance with the installation guidelines set by Mitsubishi Electric.Actively involved in the final commissioning process along with the expert commissioning engineers from Mitsubishi Electric.End-to-end responsibilities for the assigned projects including coordination with the involved parties i.e. consultant, architect, contractor and client.Leading the after sales service technicians at various sites to fix any malfunctions in the systems.Resolving various commissioning issues with the use of Mitsubishi’s Maintenance Tool Software.Regularly following up with the existing clients so as to maintain their trust in after-sales services.Receiving feedback from the clients and resolve any issues in case of a complaint.Training & mentoring newly hired engineers and service personnel to work on Mitsubishi Electric DX VRF systems.Presenting Mitsubishi Electric DX & VRF at various workshops & seminars organized by the company for corporate clients, consultants & contractors across Pakistan.

Perform preventive and/or breakdown maintenance to ensure optimum performance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment on ships.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing utilities such as Split Units, Packaged Units, DX Units, VRF Systems, AHUs, FCUs, Air Dryers, Chillers, Freezers, Water Coolers, Domestic Fridges and Reefers (Cold Rooms). Complete overhauling of refrigeration compressors (reciprocating and screw compressors) by Sabroe, Bitzer, Carrier, Daikin, Frascold, Carlyle, Bock etc.Servicing and pressure testing of shell & tube and plate type heat exchangers to ensure effective heat transfer and repairing/replacing the tubes that have leakage.Fabrication and installation of electrical panels and switchboards for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment onboard.Complete installation of new systems in line with the current standards set by ASHRAE.Modification or retrofitting of existing systems to meet the client’s needs and requirements.Procurement of spares and equipment and maintaining the inventory database for all the material procured by the company.Attend technical sales meetings with the client so as to maintain the trust of the client in after-sales services. Receive feedback from the client and resolve of any faults in case of a complaint.End-to-end responsibilities for assigned projects including coordination with the involved parties.
