CurrentI am working in Commissioning & Start up team for Product Movements and Utilities Division (Tank Farm and Storage Area)I have successfully commission following Hydrocarbon System along with operations and maintenance team. (INSTRUMENTATION & MECHINICAL Part)1 - Successfully commissioned JZR Crude tanks (10,00,000 BBLs x 07) with all system (Receiving, Charging)2 - Successfully commissioned JZR HSD tanks (650,000 BBLs x 04) with all system (Receiving, Charging)3 - Successfully commissioned JZR ULSD tanks (520,000 BBLs x 07) with all system (Receiving, Charging)4 - Successfully commissioned JZR Gasoline 95 tanks (110,000 BBLs x 03) with all system (Receiving, Charging, Metering skid, and Close drain system)5- Successfully commissioned JZR Naptha tanks (387,000 BBLs x 04 ) with all system (Receiving, Charging, unloading of Ships, Metering skid, and Close drain system.6 - Successfully Commissioned Spherical Tanks for LPG, Propane/Butane & OFF Spec Gases System.7 - Successfully commissioned utility systems (Drinking water, Utility water, Nitrogen, Instrument air and Utility air) in Tank Farm area.8 - Successfully Commissioned Eye Washer System in Tank Farm Storage Area. 9 - During commissioning I attended numerous Solo Runs and OTPs for Pumps and Mixers of different capacities.10 - Commissioned and Re-configure (Faulty) PT, FT, TT and vibration sensors. Commission Control. Valves, Emergency Shut Down Valves, Flow Control Valves and Motor Operated Valves.11 - I have been involved in Loop Test of numerous Field Instruments.AS AREA MAINTENACE TECHNICIAN: After Commissioning & Start Up of Storage Facility I am working as Field Maintenance Technician (ARAMCO APPROVED WORK PERMIT RECEIVER) for the above listed Instruments for all Storage Systems of Tank Farm Area. Planned and Preventive Maintenance (PM) is included in daily routine tasks.
