My role as a 1st/2nd line engineer was to provide: - IT support across a range of services to users available through a help-desk facility, through a number of access channels such as telephone, email and walk-ups.- To receive, record, action and update support calls in a timely manner via our ticketing system, providing informative updates to customers, using agreed processes.- To investigate all support calls and where possible to resolve these at the point of receipt, providing effective 'First Contact Fix'.
