Here are the details of my job responsibilities-Dealership Operations:• Managing various dealerships in different areas which includes Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Abbottabad and Muzaffarabad. • Monitor assigned dealerships targets• Design marketing plans to increase product sales• Setting dealership targets for extended warranties• Set guidelines for dealerships regarding achievement of dealership targets / points • Training of dealership staff regarding compliance of business scorecard• Meeting with different parties regarding assignments of dealerships and micro-network setups• Manage documentation of all dealerships• Maintain working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. • Conduct market surveys and analysis• Enhance/manage company’s customer database• Manage contracts with various stakeholders• Screening and Implementation of new dealership agreements and ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate• Keeping track of inventories in the company’s e-filing system to ensure product delivery and availabilityBranding & Sales Promotions• Conducting regional and corporate promotional activities• Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports• Meeting with vendors to design and plan product display ideas• Plan events to promote dealerships in different proximities• Coordination with corporate, government and military sectors to organize events• Managing budgets for promotional activities• Organizing events such as product launches and exhibitions• Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights • Manage social media marketing of the products / events
