Fleet Management.Core Responsibilities Include:• Responsible for complete warehousing operations of South region.• Customer handling.• Transport arrangements.• Efficient management of fleet vehicles for maximum deliveries on daily basis.• Responsible for CAPEX and OPEX of Warehousing and Distribution business of South region.• Procurement of services. • Resolution of all administrative issues of the region.• Core Customer Includes. -Engro Fertilizers -National Fertilizers -Fauji Fertilizers -LDC

• Leading a fulfillment team for execution of customer orders.• Arrangement of best supply for customer demands from open market.• Identifying on-ground operational challenges faced by Customers and fleet partners and working with them across the operations domain to address them.• Launched and expanded the Control Tower in Pakistan to broaden load.• Coverage and enhance customer satisfaction.• Coordinating with all stake holders and measuring supply performance of Fleet Partners.• Onboarding of New Fleet Partners, Support in live ops and payments.• Acting as a bridge between Fleet Partner and Shipper to maximize their experience and minimize their hurdles.• Making freight Negotiations with Fleet Partners.• Ensuring fulfillment of all customer orders in accordance with company standards.• Weekly/Monthly reports and presentations to management in Egypt.• Working on constant improvement to provide the best of services to customers.

● Responsibilities● Export warehousing operations and inventory management● Execute & monitor cycle counting at 3PL warehouse & prepare reconciliation report● Prepare and arrange customer order for dispatching● Ensure all necessary audits carried out with complete accuracy and transparency● Coordinate with production department for non-available SKU’s● Coordinate with export planning for timely availability of complete order● Update received stock in ERP and Prepare DC and Invoice for Outbound in ERP.● Maximum utilization of available resources Docks, vehicles, Labor, System to save time and cost● Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy● Maintain record documents necessary information and utilize to project warehouse status● Managing shifts & vehicles of three production warehouses.● Coordinate with Transporters for timely arrangement of vehicles for nationwide dispatching and movement of raw material from vendors to factory. ● Looking after complaints of international distributors of short/Excess In transit Damage and other issues in customer service portal● Timely closure of complaints in customer service portal to meet 100% customer service level
