Managing Functional Consultants team and Oracle NetSuite Impementation Projecte across the region ( Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines & Pakistan)

My Job description includes following tasks/roles/responsibilities• Application specific expert consulting including creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support• Assisting the management during the bid phase of the client engagement by providing input into the proposal including preparation of delivery model/methodology, project structure/organization, scoping, estimation and risk assessment.• Managing relationship with project and business-related stakeholders keeping them informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.• Managing the execution of large scale, high risk strategic ERP projects from preparing feasibility reports, requirements gathering, bidding process for selecting ERP implementations vendors, to project planning activities, monitoring, quality assurance as per the RFP requirements and industry standards.• Attending Pre-Sales Meetings for demonstration of ERP application to potential customers.• Taking responsibility from time to time as team lead in projects other than ERP including risk assessment, review of business processes and organizational structure improvements.

As an ERP functional Consultant (Oracle), I was responsible for the following tasks.● Understanding Business process flows of accounting and finance systems of Client Organizations.● Designing business processes with the customer and transforming them into the implementation.● Study and Analysis of bushiness domains and processes.● Configuring the data and requirements in software, from creating chart of accounts to the financial statements.● Implementation and deployment of WIZMEN ERP Solution.● Liaison with Software developers to customize and produce new features apart from default ERP Solution.● Training and presentations to client’s personnel● Presenting application demo to potential customers● Post implementation services and help to the users● Troubleshooting key customer issues to drive to successful resolution
