gooddeal.lk is an e-commerce website, launched in 2021 with the aim to offer l large variety of products & services online at competitive prices from trusted local vendors from the eastern region of Sri Lanka. I established this brand along with two of my childhood friends.

- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to the company front door- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely- Writing and delivering content and social media plans- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies- Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

- Increase the market share for existing regions assigned and also enter into new regions and develop business- Analyse and understand partner needs and creatively strategise to help develop solutions specific to different markets- Generate sales independently using innovative sales and marketing techniques- Handling a tasks related to marketing and selling which include advertising, promotions, customer service etc- Actively be involved in the development, planning, organisation and global execution of marketing activities such as exhibition, consumer workshops, launch parties, charitable events, sponsorships, advertising, tie-ups, etc- Follow up all matters related to existing orders and service existing and potential customers- Monitor the work of all our distributors including stock control, sales analysis and promotion etc. Assist the distributors with their sales, marketing and advertising- Work closely with in-house & external design team to assess quality of collateral produced- Work closely with sales team to better understand local and corporate needs

- Develop and plan marketing strategies of the assigned brands (Adidas, Envoy, Le Bond & Signature)- Plan and implement ATL & BTL activities such as promotional activities, print advertisements, showroom branding, events, fashion shows, point-of-sales marketing etc- Create, direct and monitor product launch thematic advertising, advertorial, editorial approval and joint promotion with media partners and third parties- Co-work with respective trade channels for promotional mechanism, special offers, instore display and POS materials- Plan, monitor and review on the marketing budget- Plan and execute new product launches (Adidas)- Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns (Adidas) - Responsible for planning and delivering innovative content across all social media platforms (Adidas)- Responsible for content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals- Work closely with in-house creative team to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts- Measure and report performance of all social marketing campaigns- Monitor competitor's activities through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performanceand trends- Analyse market research data to understand brand issues and market opportunities- Conduct the customer loyalty plans- Maintain the customer retention programmes- Source and secure sponsorship- Liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots
