• Planning and Monitoring of Quality Records and Materials.• Checking and Preparation of Material Test Reports for various materials which is used for Concrete (Cement , Aggregates)and Other Materials like Solid Block , Fine sand , Reinforcement as Per Material Testing Plan (MTP).• Production of Concrete as per Site Requirement and Minimize the wastage of Concrete by conducting test at Batching plant as well as site.• Checking of Reinforcement for Footing , Plinth Beam , Column and Slab as per Design and Approved Drawing and get Clearance from Client.• Coordination with the Clients for all activities in site.• Coordination with the Batching Plant for Concrete Production. • All Incoming Materials and Concrete shall be tested and accepted as per Specified standards.• Maintaining all Documents as per ISO Requirements.• Conducting Trial Mix and Mix Design for Various Grades of Concrete.(M25&M30)• Monthly Preparation of Reconciliation for Material used for Concrete .• Preparation of Repair and Rectification Cost for RCC Structures on Monthly basis.• Preparation of Project Quality Report (PQR) on monthly basis and sent it to Regional Office.
