- Carried out research to enhance removal efficiency of E2 steroid hormone micropollutants by evaluating a poly (ether sulfone) ultrafiltration membrane coated with carbon nanotubes.- Achieved a ca. 99% accuracy rate in assessing operating efficiency throughout the project, utilizing advanced analytical skills including UHPLC, LSC, Cyclic Voltammetry, UV-vis, and Fluorescence spectrometry.- Mitigated limiting factors such as temperature, initial concentration of the hormone, cell voltage, and hydraulic residence time, resulting in a significant improvement in reactor efficiency.- Published research findings on the electrocatalytic degradation of micropollutants using CNT-EMR membrane in collaboration with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Andrea Schaefer and Dr. Siqi Liu.
