PHP programmer with over a decade of experience in project management, design and implementation. Superb organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. I am driven and take a great deal of pride in my work which shows through in all tasks, no matter how important or seemingly unimportant. I think out of the box which allows me to be innovative and creative. My strong work ethic and tenacity mean I don't give up until a job is done and done right. I am acutely aware of the bottom line affecting project development and can work accurately and confidently under pressure to deliver excellent results. My attitude towards problem solving is “it won’t be a problem for much longer”.Most of my experience has come from being a Back-End Engineer, but I also have quite a bit of experience working on the Front-End, as well as in server administration. My passion for my work means I am always looking to improve my existing skills as well learn new technologies.My approachable and friendly nature means that I can communicate well with clients in order to best understand their needs and put together specifications and strategies for designers, developers and managers to move forward with project development.
