CurrentPart of global support team, responsible for over 4000+ Windows 2000/2003/2008 and 2012 servers globally.Installation, configuration and support of servers utilizing HP,DELL HWsInstallation, configuration and troubleshooting the server hardware issues (RAID, Memory, Array controllers, etc...)Performing Microsoft patch installation and upgrades (BIOS/Firmware) for all servers on schedule using SCCM.Experience in disk management using different file systems and configuring different RAID levels like disk mirroring and disk striping with parity Managing Microsoft cluster servers and file serversNew server build, Server hardening and decommissioning the servers.Working towards ITIL process and working on ticketing tools (Vitalize, Service Manager, DW 100 & 300).Working with the ITIL process such as Incident Management, Change Management and Problem management Tasks.Analyzing the Hardware fault using the HP SIM and coordinating with HP for the replacement of defective components.Windows server performance monitoring and troubleshooting performance related issues.Day-to-Day server housekeeping activities and automating the possible tasks using automation scripts.Coordinating with stake holders for new implementation and during root cause analysis for problem tickets.Participating periodic disaster and Continuity of Business recovery practiceConducting regular review meeting with the business to mitigate the gap both in process and expectations.
