JOB RESPONSIBILITY • • Diagnoses, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on CNC Machines. • Servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting of CNC machines.MCM(ITALY), PIETRO CARNAGH(ITALY)I,Mazak e-1060V, CINCINNATI , Makino A77, DMG 125, Toshiba TMD,TUE and TUF, YOUJI, HONOR, Berthiez, • Machine Calibration.• LASER Pitch Error Calibration • BALLBAR TEST • Experience in Mitsubishi, FANUC and Siemens control machines.• Basic PLC knowledge.• Knowledge Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics for CNC Machineries such as intelligent servo motor, servo Drive/amplifier, ball screw changing etc..• Knowledge about the pneumatics systems and valve operation. • Hydraulic systems maintenance and troubleshooting of Valve and piston pump its pipe line and directional control valves..• Repair and maintenance of rotating equipment. such as Centrifugal Pumps, gear box. .• All Maintenance Activity planning & coordination with other Area.• Manage contractor and vendor • Break Down time reduction.• Improvement Plan and Implementation• Install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance service• Review, support, and modify production processes at clients' site• Perform maintenance services reading technical manuals and schematic drawings• Document and maintain all service-related contracts and service offered• Liaise with worldwide machine manufacturers, part suppliers, and directed sub-trades/contractors.• Refined existing work process procedures and co-created preventative maintenance programs.• Rotational 24-hour on-call coverage.• Implementation of 5S, ISO, manufacturing matrix and quality system.• Ensure shop floor management with team work and coordinates within the units.• Ensure safe working conditions at shop floor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY • Servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting of CNC machines.(Citizen Cincom 5-axis and 3-axis Turn Mill, Star 5-axis Turn Mill,) • Plant facility maintenance.• Experience in Mitsubishi and FANUC control machines • Basic Knowledge about Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics for CNC Machineries such as intelligent servo motor, servo Drive/amplifier, ball screw changing etc.• Experience servicing electrical, electronic, mechanical, and CNC control devices• Excellent dexterity in working with drills, grinders, saws, and other power tools• Excellent analytical skills to install, identify, and solve complex problems in CNC machines• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulics, mechanical arc welding, and PLC• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Self-motivated and customer focused• Manage contractor and vendor.• 24 Hour/month preventive maintenance.• Break Down time reduction.• Improvement Plan and Implementation
