He is renowned faculty on Kanban, LEAN MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, Problem Solving Technique , Inventory Management ( Inventory Control), TPM. He was also a full time Industrial Training Consultant for an year period in Sundram Fasteners, Chennai where General Managers, Senior Managers & Executives were focused on " Lean concepts ", 5 'S'applications and Quality Control Technique and also in the field of maintenance & application of Jishu Hozen (Autonomous Maintenance & Kobetsu Kaizen (Individual Improvements )& Hinshitsu hozen (Quality Maintenance) & Fugai (Abnormalities). He is a certified Internal Auditor for QS9000 too. He is recipient of "Good Show "award in Flight Safety Journal published from IAF, New Delhi. He is one among the JUDGES in 'Quality Circle Contest' being conducted by MOTHERSON Group of Companies & QCFI (Quality Circle Forum of India, Chennai).
