To Carry out inspection and testing activities of Transformer oil & Industrial Oils as per defined test methods and to ensure that products meet all specified parameters.- To perform quality checks, testing of the products at all stages of production as per defined guidelines, SOPS and Work instructions.- Ensure safe handling of all chemicals, raw materials and products and proper use of PPE during testing and chemical handling as defined in procedures and test methods.- To ensure reporting of test results as per ASTM test methods.- To ensure timely and organized upkeep of all testing and QC records & data.- To ensure proper handling & up-keep of all laboratory equipment, instruments and accessories.- To ensure release of optimized formulations for mass production at all time, and to ensure plant targets towards first time right blending rate.
