 Tool development for new product for cold forging applications. Tool life improvement and to ensure the production target by minimizing down time of toolrequirement. Cost reduction activities and process establishment. Preparing tooling schedule based on sales & Production schedule. Initial feasibility study by using customer drawings and sample. Preparing bill of material and specification for tool design. Designing Jigs and Fixtures

 Using mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, capacity and manpowerrequirements. Estimating the amount of raw materials to meet production and inventory goals. Comparing actual productions plan with real results and then investigating any discrepancies. Deciding on the type of technology, machines and material handling system to be used in productionprocess. Designing modification requires for enhancing the productivity and quality performance. Making sure the products are produced on right time and good quality. Implementing best practiceproduction and manufacturing methods. Determining quality control standards and facilitating necessary needs for quality improvementprojects. Monitoring vendor performance on Productivity, Quality & Delivery and Identifying stafftraining needs.
