Plan, design, and control the progress of complex project work within the Electrification Program to meet member/client objectives; prepare and present research reports working with the project team. Significant customer interface with ability to lead multiple research projects concurrently. • Provide high-level engineering efforts to support requirements in development and design of multiple complex projects• Provide guidance to project teams in the engineering aspects of the technical work.• Coordinate and facilitate technical engineering related communications with the clients• Lead proposal efforts and new promotional work.• Prepare proposals, technical publications/papers, and making presentations.
