Design & Development of SoM using TI AM3352 processor for an Aerospace customer, adhering to AS9100C standards, catering to File Server application. End-to-end project execution including Hardware design, BSP, Functional testing, Compliance testing as per RTCA/DO-160, First Article Inspection as per AS9102, Volume manufacturing and delivery. 4000 SoM units have got exported to USA.3. Design & Development of Ittiam’s Neoncaster Generation of platforms, Netra Processor Module based on TI’s DM8168/69 for Broadcast Media applications. 4000 SoM modules have got exported globally.4. Development and delivery of Ittiam’s Computer Vision & Machin Learning (CVML) program of CAVIA (Collection, Analysis, Visualization, Insight and Action) units, involving Cloud infrastructure, Edge device, Stereo Camera units for Retail Analytics Applications. 350+ units deployed in major retail outlets globally.

Team Manager for 256p RAX H/w Team.Role & Responsibilities:- Managed the team size of 5 Hardware & RTL design engineers.- Designed a WLL (Wireless in Local Loop) interface card to interface RAX with Motorola’s FDMA based WLL Radio system, to provide Wireless connectivity to rural areas.- Cost optimized 256p RAX product by using FPGAs & ASICs. The cost per line had got halved to Rs. 3500/- per line from the original price.- Component Obsolescence Management for sustaining the product in the field.- TEC (Telecommunication Engineering Center) QA testing and product certification.- Field installation and field support in coordination with Installation & BSNL teams.
