Coordinating with team members to complete the entire design of safety & security systems, and interacting with client on explanation on design part. Responsibility on the Engineering of the system to optimize the cost based on the client input & estimating the cost for the Fire Alarm, Public Address, Access Control, CCTV, Sprinkler & Hydrant Systems.  Analyze tender requirements and define the most suitable solution (product, architecture, system) to be used for the complete package of Safety & security systems. Lead technical discussions with Customers and Consultants. Co-ordinate with client & consultant to get the approval for the drawings and technical clarification.  AutoCAD Designing for CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Public Addressing System, Access Control System, Intrusion Alarm system & fire fighting system. Preparing Bill of Quantity of Fire Alarm System (FAS), Public Addressing System (PAS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Alarm system, Firefighting system drawing as well as site requirement. Verify the request & coordinate the job to the Design team based on the priority. Propose optimizations and improvements on the complete Fire Alarm Systems, Public Addressing System (PAS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Alarm system. Liaise with Sales Managers to ensures Bid success (commercial, time, quality) and conversion to Customer Orders. Ensure Smooth handover of Projects to Execution Team
