About Baskaran Rajamani

Since my recent retirement from Deloitte, my goal is to be active in the profession advising Boards and Clients based on my areas of expertise and to offer transformational career and success coaching to emerging leadership talent and to business leaders. I led Deloitte Canada’s Technology and Digital Risk Advisory services, based in Toronto and helped our Financial Services clients successfully manage risks and assurance needs related to Information Technology Services, IT Governance & Compliance, Outsourcing, Third Party Risk Management and Digital Transformation. I formed and chaired Deloitte's IT and Digital Risk Management Client Roundtable last 4 years. Given my passion for teaching and education, I served as Faculty at Deloitte University, was an active member in Deloitte's COE for Learning and also served the Program Advisory Committee of York University's Continuing Education Programs.I was Vice-Chair of TRIEC Board. I have been and continue to be a community leader/volunteer offering formal and informal mentoring for new-comers to Canada to earn their first job. I am also involved in directing and advising for programs related to Youth leadership development.
