Baskar an original and active member of the US Technical Advisory Group ISO/TC 176 and TC 207 - the technical committees responsible for writing the ISO 9000 family of Quality Systems Standards and ISO 14000 series of Environmental Management Standards. Baskar is also a member of American Society for Quality, TAPPI and associate member of AICC. He is a US delegate in writing an ISO Standard "Guidelines for Selection of Quality Management System Consultants and Use of their Services" ISO/TS 10019 and Customer Satisfaction: Guidelines for monitoring and measuring ISO/TS 10004. Mr. Kotte is a member and US Delegate for PC 242 and ISO 50001 Energy Management System. Baskar is a Principal Consultant at Quality Systems Enhancement Inc. (QSE), which he founded in 1992.
