After graduating from one of the world's top Civil Engineering programs, I embarked on an exciting career with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) – an innovative organization leading land transport developments in Singapore, which McKinsey ranked as having the best urban transportation system globally in 2018.I had the privilege of managing projects in Walk2Ride Programme – a visionary initiative aimed at enhancing commuters' first and last mile connections by providing sheltered walkways around transport nodes and linking key hubs. Through unwavering dedication and resilience, my team and I overcame numerous challenges, successfully achieving the project's goals and positively impacting the community. Our efforts were recognized with two consecutive Service Excellence Awards in 2017 and 2018.Building on my robust project management experience and leadership skills, I joined the North-South Corridor project in 2019. This monumental 21.5km road project aims to improve connectivity between the North and Central parts of Singapore, involving the construction of underground tunnels, pavements, and viaducts.In addition to my professional achievements, I am an active member of the Project Management Institute, where I stay updated on the latest techniques and concepts in project management to maintain high standards in my work. I am also an alumnus of The Power Business School, where I completed the Business Administration and Management program, known as ThePowerMBA – a dynamic business school offering a real-world curriculum and supported by a passionate and rapidly growing business community.
