Work Responsibilities:1.Quality Assurance manager (QAM)- Responsible for all the quality related issues Daily inspection/Final Inspection/External inspection.2.Technical Team member (TTM)-Discuss the Purchase order / Tender / Contract documents for the technical parameters.Check the standard specification for our brand.Purchase order / Tender / Contract documents found devotion discuss with CEO/MD for further proceeding.Prepare the artworks as per Purchase order / Tender / Contract documents (Care Label, Polybag, Insert, Tag label, sticker) for customer’s approval.3. Tender Document Analyzer (TDA) -Plan for the deadline of the tender submission date.Issue the tender documents to the entire department technical Head.Follow for the feedback from the HOD.Get the Feedback in mail with in the given time.Arrange the meeting with CEO & Marketing Head.Find the technical parameters in the given documents.Give the final consolidated feedback to CEO and Marketing Head. 4.  Manage the QC department and arranges the QC schedule tasks and checklists, from the production till the fabric shipment and cutting. Providing the QA advice to the factory before and during the manufacturing process. Ensure the fabric quality like color/shade design, Gsm, shrinkage step etc., and other fabric specification as per customer requirements, also ensure if the fabric has any woven, dying or finishing defect, by using 4 point inspection system, make inspection reports. Making sure that production is taking all the place in accordance to the internal quality standards. Help in potential quality and provide alternate solution to ensure production calendar timelines and shipment data are respected. Provide the training to the customer’s quality standards to internal QC teams and all relevant function. Providing the quality reports to the management with action plan. Final inspection for Made ups and send the inspection report to the customers and the management. Well experienced with customer inspection handling.
