- Headed the back office Operations for clients across the Globe. - Was responsible for managing the Technology Operations, Business Operations, Help Desk, Card Issuance & Management, Dispute Management, Call Center and Technical support teams. - The scope of managing various teams included measuring and tracking the assured SLA for various clients and ensuring adherence of the assured SLA.

Managed the Implementation of Financial Transaction Switch, ATM deployment & Management, Card Issuance & Management and Operations- Was responsible for clinching Financial Transaction Switch orders from Indian Overseas Bank, City Union Bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Tamilnad Mercantile bank amongst the other banks. Was responsible for Implementation and Client Engagement in these projects.- Won the first Credit Card product order for YALAMANCHILI from a Bank in Nepal and responsible for Implementing the Product. The implementation includes Business Requirement gathering, development coordination, Testing Coordination & Client UAT Sign-off, Production Implementation and Setting up Operations Process for the same.- Conducted informal market study and strategized the client engagement in Nepal market.
