About Bas Kegge

Allround architect with experience in all design stages, gained at various offices in The Netherlands. I've led and have worked on several small and complex Residential projects, Education and Mixed Use Buildings and Health Care Buildings.I studied architecture at the Rotterdam Academy of Architecture where I graduated on a temporary project for transformations of the port (Merwe-Vierhavens). I have an eye for detail and have a sense for materialisation. I like to work from idea until completion. Architecture is my passion. I consider the relationship of a building with its surroundings as important, but equally a thoughtful design, destined for daily use. Ideally, buildings are light and lively places.I regularly publish articles on architecture in (online) magazines as "ArchiNed.nl" and "de Architect". With Ruurd Roorda I wrote a book called "Vital Architecture".Architects Registration Bureau NL 1.160301.002
