Implement reliable integration system between applications both on-premise and on-cloud, not only within Puninar Group domain but also with its partners / customers. Covers from analyzing each application, how they may interact with others, design and build reliable integration system, and of course monitor and maintain the process. We are currently using API Web Services and handling multiple type of data from text-based data (CSV, XML, XSL, JSON) to EDI. Other than that, I also take major part in configuring and implementing our core systems such as Oracle ERP Fusion and Oracle Transportation Management, working hand in hand with our Business Analyst to provide best solution for our customers. Generally my job description are : - Gather and analyze business scenarios and requirements to be integrated. - Design and build system integration inside Puninar Group’s systems and to partner's / customer’s applications. - Test, debug, and bug fixing every integration system before move to production environment. - Monitor integration process and do periodic maintenance. - Create technical documentations.

Transfered to Puninar Jaya, subsidiary company of Triputra Group, I was entrusted as Business Analyst Leader. My role is to analyze Puninar Logistic's business requirements, design and provide solutions align with business competitive needs. One of the solution provided is OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) on Cloud which we use as our transportation management platform to manage all transportation activity, from order creation - planning - execution - monitoring - billing.

As an IT Analyst & Development, I am responsible in system analysis and application development for IT Solution implemented in Corporate. We analyze the needs of applications and provide application required in accordance with the needs and priorities of today's business. Alongside, I also become business analyst and create internal framework / practical guide to standardize IT Management System in Triputra Group that are based on CobIT 4.1 framework. This framework will then be used to audit and assess Triputra Group subsidiary company. I was assigned to the start-up mobile division, where I collaborated with almost all major telecommunication operators and vendors in the supply of content via handheld in the form of SMS, USSD Menu Browser, WAP Push Messages, WEB. I am responsible for the provision of content, SMS gateway system, content management system.- Developed reliable yet user friendly Content Management System integrated with KOMPAS.com's and create customer service tools to handle customer complaint quickly and give the best service to customer and manage customer satisfaction.- Develop and manage application for reconciliation between KOMPAS.com, our partners, and telecommunication operators on monthly basis.- Manage connectivity and stability between our server and 8 telecommunication operators.- Maintain product and services, content management with mobile operators, partners and vendors.

I was responsible for the development of applications used by KOMPAS.com, especially in the back office area (CMS) which is the backbone of our news content and also support in technical area. - Developed reliable and customizable system, application and database for KOMPAS.com to be used by our reporter and news editor.- Developed mini light CMS to be accessed by our reporter via mobile devices.

This is my internship when I was taking my Bachelor degree in Bina Nusantara University. My main responsibility lies in design and develop a web based application which not only display company profile, but also allow (potential) customer to interact with them. By introducing them to the world wide web they can do their marketing more efficiently, expand their market, reach out for new customers, and increase sales and profit.
