• Checking and verification of all payment documents as per the RI policies and initiating payments. • Responsible for scanning of all Payments vouchers and Journal Voucher along with all supporting documents on a daily basis• Ensure all backup documentation is properly organized and filed for complete transparency and audit purposes.• Responsible for all the Filling of all financial documents in sequential order for easy reference of internal and external audit• Assist finance department in photocopying of daily financial record
