Standardize documentation process including policies, quality manual, procedures, work instructions and standard processes.Prepare and follow the implementation of internal quality audit plans.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 documentation adherence.Ensure issuing and updating of documentation according to standard requirements.Identifying and resolving the process workflow. ▪ Maintain, develop, and follow up the implementation of integrated management systems at the company, and make sure that they conform to the requirements of international standards and in compliance withQHSE policies;▪ Plan for internal audits of integrated management systems, follow up and analyze the audit results, and prepare and present the findings reports in the management review meeting;▪ Follow up handling of customer complaints to ensure that corrective actions taken are sufficient to meet customer satisfaction;▪Coordinate with donors for ISO certifications to visit the company to conduct the external audits;▪Coordinate with different departments to make management review meeting and collect related reports;▪ Follow up the implementation of corrective actions taken raised during internal and external audits and/or customer complaints to ensure their appropriateness and effectiveness;▪Work with Top Management to develop KPIs for different department related to integrated management system, and measure the extent to which they are achieved a quarterly basis;▪ Follow up the implementation of instruments and equipment calibration plans – including internal and external;▪ Participate in preparing the environmental measurements plan, occupational safety and health measurements.

*Maintain, Develop, follow up the implementation of integrated management systems (quality – environment – occupational health & safety at the company, and make sure they conform to the requirements of international standards and in compliance with the Egyptian law & QHSE policies*Ensure document management system is aligned to established procedure, forms, work instructions, recording, archiving and maintained.*Propose recommendations for improving content management system capabilities*Prepare the internal audit team and set the annual plan for internal audits of the various activities of the company in accordance with the requirements of international standards.*Plan for internal audits of integrated management systems, follow-up and analysis of the results of audits that performed on a regular basis and prepare reports of findings and currently in management review meeting of top management.*Coordinate with donors for ISO certifications to visit the company concerning the conduct external audits.*Follow up of external audits reports from corporate donors for ISO certifications to assess the company's position and avoid point’s nonconformity.
