- Drive automation stream using BI, data analysis & Robotics systems to ensure end to end automation for financial activities. - Provide automation for Financial monthly closing process to be able to provide Financial reports automatically and reduce closing time.- Product owner for Finance automation & BI tripe ( 2 squads from 4 different technical teams).- Defining the vision & direction to the Agile development team and Finance stakeholders throughout automation project.- Define products backlog and prioritize it to achieve digital transformation in Finance and achieving company strategies.- Close working with BI functions to ensure product quality.- Provide 360 view for financial data by transferring it to charts & dashboards over Spotfire & Power BI for deep data analytics & to be able to take data driven decisions.

Technical Lead for Service Automation team and responsible for Vodafone monitoring system (IBM Netcool) (development/operations) which collect alarms from all nodes and management system to monitor Vodafone Egypt network and in-house tools development.Main responsibilities:- Integration for Vodafone nodes and server with the fault management system.- Apply the needed correlation, automation and enrichments for the alarms.- Apply the needed automations to open trouble tickets to the relative team and improve the MTTR.(zero touch operation)- Build the needed dash boards, views and filter to allow users to check the alarms in a simple view.- Planning for monitoring and automation system/business projects (Netcool upgrade, Remedy upgrade, management systems upgrade, integrations, Down sites, outages alarms, service catalog, cross domain correlations, sites internal/external alarms, system high availability, migration from Remedy gateway to multi-threads Remedy gateway... )- Capacity planning.- 24*7 Support.
