Originated from the wish to be able to execute ideas more easily and create more focus for ourselves we gathered a group of like-minded people that were willing to share and co-create ideas.What started out as a fun initiative gained traction in 20 cities in The Netherlands, 16 in Germany and made visits to England, America, Mexico and China.With a group of about 70 facilitators we helped creating a better world. Today Gave Dingen Doen has been transferred to a cooperation run by the Dutch facilitators.The group operates by the following guidelines:1. Participants provide their skills, knowledge, network etc to help other people getting their goals. In return, other people help them. 2. Participation doesn’t cost any money, but requires your willingness to help others.3. Doing something cool with cool people creates momentum and gets things done.4. Participants come from various disciplines in various skill-levels . The exchange is built upon respect.5. Willingness to learn and to teach. Everybody can be your teacher and you can teach everybody.

Due to other things that made me happier the development of Coollearning has been terminated. The concept and software is for sale. Coollearning is an online tool that facilitates educational interaction between educators and students. My role is concept- and business development. I work together with a team of skilled professionals Jurgen Onland and Maurice Jumelet.

Teaching Ninjutsu to beginners and advanced students. Ages from 16 and up.My specialities are training with a strong emphasis on growth of personal awareness and conciousness. We also facilitated in-company training. Communication- and agression-training based on eastern philosophies.
