Dear All,My journey in retail started 2011 as a store manager and continued in an operation specialist position at Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine. In 2015, become an area manager in Egypt where i was responsible for 12 stores with over 50M$ annual sales. These experiences gave me a chance to make the company to enter a brand new market in Indonesia. In 2 years, opening 4 stores over 8600 sqm sales area and carrying company’s culture, recruiting and training teams, assisting finance, IT and logistic departmants in Indonesia were my key responsibilities to run business in overseas. Afterwords, my passion in retail has lead me to work in company’s head quarters in Istanbul where i gained new experiences working with Russia and Caucasion Region’s Assistant General Manager who is responsible 6 countries over 250M$ annual sales.After many years abroad, we as a family decided to move back to Okanagan which is our second home country and I started to work with a giant retailer to expand my experience in off-price retail.Supplying and developing customer service, creating team, enlarging sales area, analysing productivity, achieveing financial target, developing team members have been my key responsibilities throughout my career.
