Responsibilities:1- Monitor, enhance and troubleshoot A2P bulk SMS flow daily.2- Respond to system alerts indicating network performance issues.3- investigate and troubleshoot problems.4- Assist Account Managers, Routing and HLR departments 24/7.5- Identify and prevent any potential issues regarding the SMS network.6- Pose recommendations for improvements in organizational productivity.7- Continuously improve and develop all necessary technical skills.8- Shift working schedule to adapt to oversees working time.9- perform technical changes on our side, and/or work with carrier partners to resolve issues.10- Respond to incoming carrier partner notifications such as maintenance or service degradation notices.
