Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost. 2. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.3. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.4. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.5. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.6. Determine staffing requirements, and hire new.7. Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.8. Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.• Sales Manager Role:1. Sales Resource Management- Responsible for recruiting well-qualified resources for contributing to the company's sales development. 2. Sales Training for the sales team.3. Managing Sales Executives.4. Preparing Sales Policies and Marketing Strategies- Consult with the top management of the company and the sales director, and draft sales policies and marketing strategies for approval from the management.5. Handling Important Sales Deals- Full potential for finalizing the big contract with the client. 6.
