1-Sets objectives and goals for the team, and decides what work needs to be done to meet those goals.2-Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on-boarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.3-Develop the department and find solution to work effectively and efficiently.4-Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.5-Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.6-Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals7-Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback. 8-Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively9-Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.10-Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.11-Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.

1- System Expansion and upgrade by adding new Hardware & Software, Encoding systems, Streaming IP TV 2- Providing customized technology integration, implementation and support to Selevision products and services including software at the customer site, pre-site inspection, initial installation, implementation, customization, integration and outline orientation for the customer.3- Supervising materials delivery and prepare the parts required and Quantity.4-Installations, testing and commissioning.5-System integration between SELEVISION middleware and other vendor’s.6-keeping up with new technology in the industry in order to find the best solution to deliver the best service.7-Handling Site surveys and surveys reports.
