I am responsible for the strategic & operational aspects of the company including 7 departments: Research & Client Services, Map Production, Quality Control & Assurance, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Technology. I also recommend yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages company's resources within those budget guidelines.My main objective is to move the company forward by ensuring targets are achieved and continual growth is maintained, evaluate plans, sub-plans and program improvements and recommend policy to the Board
