Lead Process Engineer
Current•Handle the condition monitoring & Optimize the process parameters for stable and cost-effective operations• Assigned responsibilities of identifying and reviewing product and processing requirements to provide standard business solutions.• Recommends and implements improvements, modifications, or additions to document work.• Conduct investigations of process deviations to determine root cause/corrective actions.• Perform technical risk assessments and develop process control strategies for assigned production and execute plant trials to resolve process challenges. • Generate Process Simulation Models and prepare Heat & Material Balance Tables• Evaluation reporting for the efficiency of static & dynamic equipment.• Organize benchmarking between plant operations to identify performance gaps.• Contribute to the identification of the opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.• Lead in the evaluation of business case and process design package during the pre-feasibility study and FEED for major/non-major new projects.• Develop industrial engineering courses on subjects related to energy optimization, petrochemical process, project phases, and different types of corrosion and fertilizers.
