Main Consultant and Project Manager.o Coordinate and work along with engineers, architects etc. to collect required project data and specifications through-out the project life cycle. o Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach best biddings with procurement and contracts department.o Secure all required permits and licenses from appropriate authorities, to assure that the project operations are in compliance with all regulatory authorities.o Define and assign all needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish within the authorized budget and project schedule.o Plan and define project deliverables and milestones along with the operations schedule for intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.o Manage and approve all project changes according to the standards, approved budget and schedules.o Monitor and authorize all projects’ expenses as per the authorized budgets.o Supervise all sites direct reports such as (Technical office manager, planning manager, site manager, …etc.) and provide support and guidance when needed.o Evaluate project actual progress and prepare detailed reports to be submitted to top managements periodically.o Ensure that site operations are in compliance to all health and safety standards and reporting procedures.o Communicate the necessary information to stakeholder to maintain their positive engagement to the project and secure effective commination among them to avoid any possible miss-communications that could affect the project operations negatively.o Ensure the completion of the deliverables according to the stipulated scope, and designated budget and time.o Finalize all project handover procedures and ensure client satisfaction.

o Responsible for preparing and reviewing project requirements and project documents and providing the site team with all the detailed drawings and the technical support needed for the installation process.o Ensuring that the site team receives detailed work description and work statement, detailed drawings and any technical support needed for achieving the project objective.o Following work progress and preparing project status reports.o Communicate with all stakeholders involved in each project on daily basis and provide regular updates and addressing any project concerns promptly.o Provide the project team with the required templates, material, and equipment specifications, documents, process, procedures, guideline to achieve the required deliverables.

o Interprets client requirements, and creates the room datasheet, check adequacy and accuracy of information to support identify and address design parameters and engineering problems, and ensure solutions are implemented accurately and in budget.o Defining and locating all machines’ utilities and provide a composite drawing for all trades.o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.o Implement approved changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost.o Creating an appropriate project schedule and calculating the critical path and monitoring and ensuring timely completion of the activities and delivery is happening on time, tracking overall work progress and performance.o Supervising the work of the project site to ensure installation is done in accordance to the required quality and the approved drawings and specifications and regulations. o Conducting the startup, commissioning and the validation of all HVAC, Mechanical, and plumbing Works related to the site.o Identifying and monitoring project risks, defining and solving any problems.o Coordinate between the project phases to meet tight deadline and budget constraints.o Managing the resources and supervise cross functional teams including engineers, contractors, and suppliers and coordinate between all stakeholders o Specialized in designing pharmaceutical plants with different classification for producing solid, semi solid, vails, ampules and injection solutions and applying the stated, implied regulations standards: GMP, WHO, ISPE and preparing a detailed layout of the plant and Room Data Sheet.

o Collect user requirements and make sure they are well defined in the project design.o Preparing coordinated MEP shop drawings o Preparing technical and commercial project document related to the HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades.o Responsible for providing the materials specifications and the required data to issuing purchasing orders for the materials and equipment for the project.o Carrying out the installation activities such as the MEP, HVAC and Production line machines and equipment installation at the site.o Tracking project progress and coordinating the work with the project team and making sure that the work activities are completed, and delivery is happening on time, and ensures that the project schedule meets the stated plan.o Monitor, review and Conduct testing, commissioning and Machines start up.
