E-Learning Projects Coordinator
Current Providing support to the parties to the educational process according to the role of each party in the e-learning projects. Preparing a preliminary study (SWAT analysis) on the actual state of the school from a technological point of view (the level of teachers - students - parents - administration - devices - infrastructure ....) at the beginning of the academic year. Implementation of e-learning policies and recommendations issued by the e-learning department of the Ministry of Education and Educationhigher education and its dissemination to all elements of the educational process. Attending meetings and training workshops for e-learning projects and transferring experience. Inventory of training needs, preparation and implementation of a professional development plan for members of the administrative and teaching staff to masterUsing e-learning tools, especially for new teachers. Organizing awareness campaigns for the beneficiaries of the projects in the school with the project team. Preparing the various questionnaires about the projects to know the views of the beneficiaries, analyze them, and submit the results to the school administration and the e-learning department. Constant communication with teachers, students and parents to overcome problems and obstacles with the project team. Cooperation with the school leadership and the additional support coordinator to activate e-learning projects to secure the technological requirements of people with special needs. And take advantage of them in demonstrating good practices and solving similar problems. Submitting periodic reports on the activation of e-learning projects to the school administration and e-learning department. Ensuring that the objectives of each stage of the various projects are achieved according to the performance indicators of each project, and making sure that proposals are submitted to the e-learning department
