Experienced Product Manager and Customs Risk Management Expert with over a decade of experience working in both public and private sectors.I have had the opportunity to work in different countries such as Tunisia and Egypt.In my current role as a Consultant Product Manager at Webb Fontaine RD Center in Armenia, I define the global product strategy and ensure customer satisfaction by creating a product roadmap, supervising user stories, and conducting root cause analysis of incidents. I am also responsible for defining and providing SLA reports to the company.Prior to this, I worked as a Consultant Expert in Customs Risk Management at Webb Fontaine Egypt, where I evaluated the operational environment for the Egyptian customs and other government agencies in risk management. I analyzed risk management gaps and developed a strategy to establish best-practice based risk management frameworks. I helped establish an integrated risk management division in each agency. I also conducted orientation and training sessions with stakeholders in Egypt on risk management, risk assessment techniques, risk management tools including data analysis, use of statistics, and machine learning for risk management.Before joining the private sector, I worked for the Tunisian Customs General Directorate for over a decade, starting as a Central Customs Inspector and later becoming the Head of Risk Analysis and Selectivity Department. In these roles, I developed and managed risk management databases, conducted data analysis, and prepared practical and experimental studies using statistical techniques, data mining, and machine learning to detect risks. I also monitored compliance with the customs administration's risk management policy and prepared periodic reports on risk management activities.I hold a Master's degree in Public Finance from the Institute of Customs and Fiscal Economics in Tunis, Tunisia. I also have a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science in Management from the Higher Institute of Management in Tunis and a Master's degree in Finance from the same institution. In addition, I have completed various courses in Customs, Taxation, Law, Public Finance, Budgetary Audit, Customs Litigation, Finance, Maritime Law, Tax Control, Customs Regulations, Tax Litigation, International Tax Law, among others.I have received various honors and distinctions. I am also a member of several committees and working groups and have been involved in various international activities. I have also published research in the field of Customs Risk Management.
