Responsible of the maintenance related to the air compressors, boiler, chiller, and preparation up stream area for juice lines.6. Planning and organizing production schedules.7. Ensuring the production of finished goods is appropriately controlled to ensure compliance with food safety and customer standards.8. Mechanical trouble shooting and repair of filling machines & downstream juice lines.9. Responsible of the operation and maintenance related to the water bottling lines (different bottle sizes).10. Tig and ARC welder. Welding and light metal fabrication to facilitate repairs/ improvements.11. Support the installation of new equipments.12.Repair and fabricate new parts on lathe and milling machines13. Work closely with team members to deliver project requirement, develop new solutions, and evaluate the job performance, issue reports for the top management.
