Process Engineering Section Head
Current• Calculate and improve manufacturing processes’ control parameters to achieve max. Productivity (By using different tools like activity flow diagram, process flow diagram, physical flow diagram, QCO (Quick Change Over) and PDS (Process Data Sheet))• Using six sigma tools to: - Improve time usage efficiency and decrease idle time.- Improve product quality through analyzing defect and find out root cause of defect.- Monitor and reporting material consumption situation through daily analysis for quality measurements and weekly follow up for actual material consumption.• Improve production lines performance by finding process key problems and solving it with concerned departments. • Monthly reporting of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Process Flow Balance, and Material Consumption Situation.• Establish and implement in process production rate for different cable constructions.• Supervising on new production lines setup and making commissioning report according to process view points
