Technical Office Manager
Current• Delegate tasks to the subordinates and provide them with the needed support to ensure high levels of performance.• Review the project documents (Specs, drawings, BOQ...) to determine whether the budget is sufficient or not.• Review the Material List and follow up with the purchasing department the delivery of the material on time.• Resolve any technical issues or construction error that may arise in the site to prevent any delay in the project.• Follow up preparing periodical reports and ensure sending them to the concerned parties in a timely manner.• Actively communicate with manufacturers and supervisors.
