Technical Office Manager
Current- Delegate tasks to the subordinates and provide them with the needed support to ensure high levels of performance.
- Review the project documents (Specs, drawings, BOQ...) to determine whether the budget is sufficient or not.
- Review the Material List and follow up with the purchasing department the delivery of the material on time.
- Resolve any technical issues or construction error that may arise in the site to prevent any delay in the project.
- Follow up preparing periodical reports and ensure sending them to the concerned parties in a timely manner.
- Actively communicate with manufacturers and supervisors.
