Job experience : - Help in the proper charges of activity requisitions, purchase requisitions & work orders and invoices.- Help in the preparation in contracts and its financial impact.- Responsible for reporting financially records and analyzing the reporting standards.- Responsibility for applying financial analysis standards.- Reviewing purchasing requests and approving them after checking validation.- Determine the type of service whether it is a capital or operational.- Achieve annual reports to measure the trends and turnover of operations.- Making sure from validation of all account payable batches by reviewing all invoices which belong Khalda company that they are correct or it need correction or if any.- Making corrections Memos and notifications for any default incorrect distribution of any charge cost applied.- Keep up to date with all accountants to provide suitable advice for them.- Check abiding by responsibilities of financial analysis department, in addition to vision of company.- Reviewing charges of any cost for invoices or work orders by checking budget of authorized financial expenditure after finalizing their approvals.- Making financial chart of accounts including (type of account & cost center and feature and expenditure type and allocation).- Reviewing leasing and lease for purchase and the assets that have become owned by the company and capitalization.- Reviewing GL Reports and Projects Reports.- Reviewing all registers of (operations and payable and receivables and fixed assets and inventory).- Reviewing distributions of payment including type of account or cost center after determining the nature of job if it is capex or opex.- A Financial member with bid-committee members for attending assigned tenders to me, reviewing technical offers of vendor then attending tender for opening commercial offers envelopes of contractors then reviewing and approving Memo of bid-committee for commercial offers or adding amendment on memo of bid-committee s’members.
