*Achieve the maximum quality of service and exceed Customer expectations. * Greet customers and respond to all their enquirers and requests. * Create Customer records in system and assure the accuracy of data entered according to the company standards and regulations.* Prepare Customer quotations after checking availability date of items, and communicate any changes and/or alternatives to the customer.* Contact customers to confirm quotations; if quotation date is reaching expiry, and ensure that the system is regularly updated.* Calculate monthly & Quarterly sales forecasts and evaluate customer trends. • Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock; • Liaising with warehouse to check on the progress of existing orders; • Provide advice on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions-Responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operation to guide the business into the future ensuring that all targets are met and lead to the overall Company Goal-Plan, Manage, Direct, Coordinate and Ensure that Operations Run Smoothly and According to Company Policy-Ensure that vendors and suppliers are Properly Compensated and continue to meet the needs of the company take on personnel responsibilities-Interview, hire and train managers, supervisors and employees -Responsible to ensure that all services are completed and addressed in time
